Notes: This work may be viewed as individuals immersed in the profusion of their physical and emotional experiences. Notes: In over-all terms, this sculpture is intended to give the impression of two columns, or spires, responding to a powerful external force such as a strong wind. The two spires have not been broken by their confrontation with this immense energy but yield in such a way that they can co-exist with it. In so doing, they are transformed, adding layers of complexity that their former, erect stance, did not possess.
